**UPDATE**
5-23-24 - Nears End
As the day nears the end so does the construction activity in Clift Park! The DPW staff have been diligently maintaining the newly installed sod within the construction area which requires consistent watering and minimal foot traffic. heavy foot traffic on the sod will reduce the likelihood of successful rooting (it will die). Please remember to stay out of the construction area until the barriers have been removed! We anticipate removal of the construction fence and barriers in mid-June (just in time for graduation). The Village Board and staff appreciate your continued support for these critical projects to keep the Village of Skaneateles a beautiful place to live and visit.
3-4-24 - Seawall work will commence at Clift and Shotwell parks next Monday (3/11) with plans to have the work completed by Memorial Day weekend.
The Village is happy to inform everyone that construction has begun on the Seawall Cap Replacement Project. Construction began last week and includes installation of new electrical lines, light poles, drainage, and most importantly the seawall cap!
The project will help protect the seawall and enhance park use for Villagers and visitors alike.
